Coach
Coaching opens Saturday at 12:30 PM and closes Sunday at 10:00 AM. Coaches ask questions, challenge assumptions, provide perspective and help teams think. Coaches do not solve the Challenge. Coaches also deliver structured feedback on optional Sunday Review Versions: strongest part, biggest concern, unanswered question, one thing I'd fix. Final judges never see those materials.

Final judges may not review a team's submission before that team's live presentation. Judges hear the Captain's case, question the whole team, then unlock submission materials only after every team has presented. Individual impressions are recorded before collective deliberation.
